tech request form

This form is required for every event being held on the Peninsula campus. For weekly and/or monthly events, we will use the initial form unless a new one is submitted. For annual events, please fill out a new one each year. If there's ever a doubt as to whether or not you should submit one of these detailed tech requests, then please do. We will respond as quickly as possible as to whether or not we're able to fulfill the request.
